Psihometar

Psihometar is a platform for professional psychometric assessment of candidates, designed for experts in psychology, occupational medicine, and recruitment. It is used in selection processes, work ability assessments, and professional candidate evaluations.

About the project

Psihometar was developed as a new product within Selekcija.hr, without any pre existing brand identity or visual guidelines. Our role was to build the brand from the ground up by creating a logo and visual identity that clearly communicates professionalism, reliability, and a contemporary approach, while maintaining a strong connection to the parent brand and achieving clear differentiation in the market.

The selected logo version for Psihometar delivers a stronger and more modern visual impression, with a focus on recognizability and dynamism. The key graphic element is the customized lowercase “p”, designed to resemble a hand drawn stroke, subtly referencing test completion, marking answers, and writing, all integral elements of psychometric practice. This personalized detail adds character and distinguishes the logo from conventional solutions within the category.

As part of this project, we:

• conducted situational analysis and researched the target audience and competition
• defined the brand’s market presence strategy
• designed the logo for the Psihometar brand
• developed a visual identity aligned with the platform’s functional and technological character
• ensured visual consistency and alignment with the Selekcija.hr brand
• developed narrative branding through tone of voice and slogan
