The Waterman Hotels & Resorts group boasts an impressive portfolio of six exclusive hotel complexes on the beautiful island of Brač. Their collection includes two luxury resorts - Waterman Svpetrvs Resort and Gava Resort, as well as two 'Adults-Only hotels' - Hotel Osam and Hotel Milna Osam. They also own the branded TUI SUNEO Supetar hotel and the unique glamping resort, Waterman Beach Village. They are proud of their extraordinary hospitality with over 10 restaurants within the group, among which Restaurant Otok stands out, recognized in the prestigious Michelin guide.

About the project

We have actively participated in this project since January 1, 2021, when we developed a comprehensive marketing plan and digital activity strategy for the entire Waterman Hotels & Resorts group. This plan has become the foundation for all their digital initiatives in the following years. We’ve taken control of their social media, continuously shaping content and maintaining profiles for each of their 6 properties, each with its own story and distinctive branding.

Throughout our collaboration, we have conceived and successfully executed dozens of significant campaigns, including 'Waterman Memories,' encouraging guests to share content from the hotels and resorts; campaigns like 'Faces of Waterman' where we highlight their employees; 'UGC' where we create content for social media together with guests, as well as various sales, hospitality, and HR campaigns.

Our overall marketing strategy is aimed at strengthening the resort's position in the tourist accommodation market and enhancing its recognizable identity among current and potential guests.

Through diverse campaigns, we are seeking to deepen the connection between the Waterman Hotels & Resorts brand and its audience, creating unforgettable experiences and strengthening its presence on digital channels.
